Construction Standards
- Steel reinforced concrete building
foundation with concrete block construction, steel reinforced,
poured concrete columns and tie-beam system.
- Steel reinforced concrete vaulted roof
system with Mexican barrel tile roof.
- Steel reinforced concrete multi-stage
septic system.
- Rough-in plumbing.
- Rough-in electric.
- White or bronze color aluminum
windows.
- Hardwood exterior doors.
- Concrete block interior walls -
unfinished.
- Trowel stucco exterior wall finish.
- Security deadbolt lock installed on
all exterior doors.
- Locks on all operable windows.
- The interior of the home is
unfinished. The interior does not include appliances,
cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring, interior
doors and trim, interior wall finishes and paint.
The Community
- The community has a clubhouse and
volleyball court for use by residents and their guests.
- The community has a pier and boat ramp
for use by residents and their guests.
- The community is designed with a main
entrance gate house covering incoming and outgoing traffic lanes.
- Water service is now available and
will be supplied and billed by Progresso Water Authority.
- Electric service is now available and
will be supplied and billed by Belize Electric Limited.
- Telephone service is now available and
will be supplied and billed by Belize Telephone Limited.
- A Homeowners Association has been
established for common property management and sensible deed
regulations.
